What TrustAI Is Not

We want to be honest about what TrustAI is not yet built for.

TrustAI is not a confidential workspace. Your queries are processed by independent AI verification engines for cross-referencing. While these engines do not train on or store API data per their policies, the data does cross their networks during processing.

This means TrustAI is not currently suitable for:

✗Patient health records or sensitive personal data
✗Trade secrets, proprietary intellectual property, or NDA-protected content
✗Government classified or restricted information
✗Source-protected journalism or whistleblower communications

COMING Q3 2026 — TRUSTAI PRIVATE

For confidential professional work that requires sovereign AI infrastructure, we are building TrustAI Private as a separate product. It will run on UK-based servers with no third-party API calls and end-to-end encrypted storage. Until it launches, please use the current TrustAI for general professional work where the information involved is not confidential.
